Appointments
Our providers time is reserved for you. We do not double book our patients in order to provide adequate time for each individual appointment. We strive for exceptional care through individual attention. Any appointment rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment day is considered a Late Rescheduling/Cancellation/No Show.
Insurance and Billing
Attention-MD New Jersey is not in-network with any insurance providers. As a courtesy to our patients, after your visit you will receive an itemized receipt with information required by insurance carriers that can be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement. Our office does not communicate with any insurance providers regarding claims. We maintain this policy, to ensure that our full attention is directed to you or your child’s treatment.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We participate with CareCredit. Please speak with our office manager to set up any necessary payment arrangement.
